Hall Viewings, Costs and Facilities

 Viewings of the hall can be arranged either by using the enquiry form, or by contacting the Booking Co-ordinator at belbroughtonchurchhall@gmail.com

General hire -  £15 p/h

Kids party -  £68 for 4 hours hire

Evening party -  £68 for 4 hours (extra hours charged at £15 p/h)

Wedding weekend hire -  £900 from 12 noon Friday until 2pm Sunday (including unlimited visits for viewing, measuring, setting up etc)

Hire charge £68 and under -  full amount payable at the time of booking. 

Hire charge over £68  - 25% deposit at time of booking with the remainder payable one month before start of the hire period. 

A £100 refundable security deposit is charged on all evening events.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to obtain licences required for the sale or supply of alcohol, or any other licenses or permissions required in respect of any activity taking place in the Hall. The hirer must inform the Booking Co-ordinator of the intention to provide alcohol at an event, and ensure a Temporary Event Notice is obtained from the licensing authority. This is easy to do online and cost £21.00

 The Hall is extremely well equipped. After an extensive refurbishment in 2023, the Hall offers a bright and modern space in a traditional and idyllic setting. 

The following facilities are available:

• Large, well lit and spacious hall, with patio doors onto the carpark
• New sound system
• WiFi
• Modern toilets, including disabled persons WC with baby changing facilities
• 8 large GoPack tables (6 feet x 3 feet)
• 10 Small GoPack tables (3 feet x 3 feet)
• 15 large wooden trestle tables
• 120 fabric chairs and 30 plastic  chairs
• Modern central heating
• Mood lighting function
• Fully equipped caterers kitchen including:
  • large fridge freezer
  • professional gas range cooker
  • warming cupboard
  • hot water urn
  • 2 kettles
  • toaster
  • microwave
  • cutlery and place settings for 80 people
  • serving hatch to Hall
  • Plenty of preparation space
• Outdoor patio/garden area
• Bar with glassware (champagne flutes, highball glasses, wine glasses, pint and half pint glasses)

The Hall can accommodate up to 60 to 80 people seated in various seating configurations.

There is standing room for up to 120 -150 people.

Car parking available on site for approximately 20 cars
